How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing a tracking number for your order. Please enter your tracking number on the DHL, UPS or Fedex website to view the status of your order. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed hourly each business day from 9am to 6pm (Beijing Time). Orders placed by 3pm are shipped same day. Refer to the product information for availability status. Backordered products typically ship within one to two weeks.
How long will my order take to ship?
Normally it will take one to two days after payment confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping rates will apply.
I have a problem with a product I received, what do I do?
A returned merchandise authorization ("RMA") is required before sending a product back to us.
Before sending a product for warranty repair, please call our support department at 877-995-2288, and we will attempt to diagnose the problem, assist you with procedures for making warranty claims to third party manufacturers, identify the appropriate warranty actions for your product, and, if necessary, issue an RMA number and return instructions.
